Weddings & Private Events

We are excited to announce a new offering available for those wishing to have their special day hosted at a rustic lakeside camp. Our newly renovated main lodge is now available for future bookings with a deck overlooking the beautiful lake. See below for our options:

Option #1

  • Full Camp Rental including all 17 cabins, 6 glamping-sites, 3 campsites, and main lodge. Staff lodging and workshop area are not included.
  • Music permitted as long as noise is lowered by 11PM so that our neighbors and staff members are not disturbed. Noise levels and location of speaker to be discussed ahead of time to avoid any issues.
  • It is recommended to book this option well in advance as many of our customers book a year ahead.
  • Minimum 2 night stay
  • Cost for 2 nights (exclusive of taxes) = $15,000 Low season, $18,000 High season (High season is second weekend of June until after September long weekend). Everyone must bring their own bedding unless bedding sets are rented from the lodge in advance.
  • Price does not include decor, chairs, tables, or food and drink services for the ceremony. Email or call to discuss what is available for furniture and additional services.
  • Recreational boating package included.
  • Damage deposit required.
  • Maximum capacity: 120
  • 50% non refundable deposit required to hold the date.
  • Check in is 3PM and check out is 11AM. All equipment must be removed and clean up completed by this time.

Option #2

  • No overnight requirement. Intimate event hosted in the main lodge for up to 20 guests. Includes access to a kitchen, private bathroom with flush toilet and shower, bedroom with queen sized bed, open main space and a large outside deck with firepit.
  • This option is recommended for an afternoon or early evening ceremony as the facilities must be cleaned up and vacated no later than 10PM (No exeptions). A plan must be in place for the consumption of alcoholic beverages and making sure all guests have sober tansportation down the mountain.
  • Additional add-on services available upon request.
  • Venue Cost (exclusive of taxes): $250 per hour or 10AM-10PM = $2000.
  • Capacity: 20 guests, however carpooling is required as we have limited parking spaces available. Please discuss number of vehicles required prior to booking to ensure we have room.

  • 50% non-refundable deposit required to hold the date.
  • Damage deposit is required.
